Today I'm sharing my short story about my and my experience with blood donation, and hopefully will encourage you to do the same thing as well.
I've always loved to help somebody, even if that person does or did something bad for me, I'm still willing to extend my hand in hope to help them with something, it's how I'm.
Blood donation is important!
We all know the importance of blood donation, it saves lives, and overall helps and does nothing bad actually. Most of us want to do something good for others, but we let ourselves be scared of donating blood, needles, blood, etc. I never donated blood before as well, till I found the love of my life, and she been even more helpful person than me, so once she was able to donate blood she talked me into doing it together. The scariest thing was needles and blood of course, those two things kept me away from donating blood before...
All those 'scary' things completely go away once you do it - donate blood for the first time, you'll notice that it's so easy and satisfying to help. The whole donation, I can tell you straight away, it is great, not the donation process itself (but it wasn't painful at all, so stay calm), but the people who work in there, the whole feeling, when you donate blood, it just feels right, feels great, like you actually did a right thing and nobody paid you for that, the only payment you receive is warm 'thank you'.
Donating is a great feeling and help
We donated blood three times already, we go there every time, when time passes over which we can't donate blood (2 months after last donation), , also you take a break from your ussual routine and do something really great and important, what could be better?
I hope this article made you start thinking about it, and hopefully you'll make a right decision. Thank you for reading!
If you ever donated blood, let me know what was your 'first time' and who talked you into making this decision.
